Phil was great. He explained the process from beginning to end and made sure we understood everything. he gave us the strategy for pricing the house right. Once an offer was accepted Phil and his team took care of everything from the minor repairs to the scheduling of the septic transfer. All we ever had to do was sign forms via electronic signature.
