Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) PCS & Relocation Information and Assistance

Meet Heather, Your JBLM Relocation Sponsor

Heather.jpg

In working for Phil, who PCS’d 9 times in 24 years, I have gained a real understanding of how difficult a PCS move can be.  If you are PCS’ing to JBLM, either Ft. Lewis or McChord AFB, we have a relocation plan you will like. For starters, we all have questions about any new destination, and often in the case of a military move, no one to ask them of. As part of our "Continued Service," every client is offered the service of a JBLM Relocation Sponsor. I am not a real estate agent nor a commission based employee.

If you're not sure what a Relocation Sponsor can help you with, here are just a few things I've been able to help with. Do you need something else or have special circumstances that you're unsure about? Just ask me.

  • Cities Surrounding JBLM

  • Schools/Pre-Schools/Daycare

  • Fun Activities/Recreation

  • Visitor Maps/Information/Printed Material

  • Traffic/Commuting

  • Employment

  • BAH/Base Information

  • Hospitals/Community Resources

As your JBLM Relocation Sponsor, I am dedicated to making your move to the JBLM area as smooth as possible. There is no obligation and no fee associated with any service provided by myself or the Relocation Department.

The Relocation Department was developed to provide a point-of-contact for soldiers, families and anyone relocating to the Thurston or Pierce County areas surrounding Joint Base Lewis-McChord.   I most frequently offer assistance researching schools, employment and community/special services…but am not limited to that. Many people have questions about commuting to JBLM from surrounding areas, recreation, lodging, JBLM gate locations, BAH, employment, and even the weather. I will tell you sincerely that I love it in western Washington…and it does rain a bit in the winter.

I am available to help answer your questions or research your concerns, I can offer a first-hand perspective on neighborhoods and schools. I also offer our clients relocation packets by US Mail. The packets contain information from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, many of the local cities, as well as Thurston and Pierce Counties.

For additional information, feel free to contact me directly. I can be reached at JBLMrelosponsor@philsharphomes.com or 360-970-6913.

Sincerely, Heather

Homes for Sale in the JBLM Area

Are you on orders to Joint Base Lewis-McChord? A few words from Phil…

Want a Real Estate agent who has been in your shoes? After 9 PCS moves in 25 years, I feel that I am uniquely qualified to assist you with your move, and represent you in the purchase of a home in the Lewis-McChord area. I have built my business specifically to serve the real estate needs of the soldiers and Airmen of JBLM, and I love what I do.

I would like to be your real estate representative in Washington, and I offer a plan that provides education, expert advice, and efficiency for PCS'ing military home buyers moving to JBLM.

I will provide you with step by step information about the home buying process in the Ft Lewis area. I also routinely assist in obtaining financing; and of course in identifying, negotiating, and closing on your new home.

I operate my business with a plan that insures superior communication, informed decisions, and undivided personal attention for the duration of your house hunting trip. Make your next Real Estate experience a good one. Work with a real estate agent who has been where you are, and has experienced both good and bad realtors as a military home buyer. Those experiences (the good and the bad) helped me put together a real estate business emphasizing the good, and avoiding the bad. My Real Estate business is specifically designed to meet your unique needs as a military family.

Contact me to start planning your house hunting trip and move as soon as possible, I want to make sure that I am available, and that you are on my calendar.
