Phil was extremely attentive to our unique situation and needs. He kept in constant contact with us, and always looked out for our best interests. Since we aren’t local to the area, Phil would take videos of the houses we were interested in usually the day after we asked about a house. When I flew out for a house hunting trip, Phil set aside the entire time I was there to look at houses and show me around the area. We are extremely happy we went with Phil to help us buy our first house, and fully recommend him!
