I contacted Phil from Hawaii about 2 months before I was scheduled to move to Washington, right away he sent me a package of very useful books, magazines, maps, and some great information about all the local schools, shopping, drive times etc… He put me in touch with a great lender. His team then started contacting me about all this things we wanted in a house, and they provided me weekly updates of the homes coming available. Once I arrived it was game on, he and his lovely and very friendly wife picked us up from our hotel, and they were loaded for bear. With a stack of houses to look at, we were off and running. He knew our tastes and showed us about 3 dozen over the course of 4 days, until we walked into the one we wanted. It had only been on the market 1 day, but Phil pounced and that place is our new home. Phil didn’t stop there, he has continued to stay in contact to make sure all of our needs have been met to our satisfaction. I mean he’s already been paid, yet he cared enough to spend more time checking on us. I highly recommend him and his team of professionals!
