Is it difficult to buy a home?
I communicate almost daily with folks who are apprehensive about starting the home buying process. They are concerned that the economy, and uncertainty in the lending industry, will preclude them being able to buy. I understand their apprehension, but have found that nothing has really changed. If you qualified to purchase a home a year ago, you can probably qualify for a mortgage and own your own home today…and in an effort to restore the economy, the fed is creating more opportunities daily.
