Mission: Satisfied Customer – Complete!
We were very happy with our experience with Phil Sharp. As first time homebuyers and relocating from the opposite side of the country, we were a little anxious about buying a house. But Phil and his team did a great job easing our concerns. Shortly after we contacted Phil and explained what we were looking for, Stephanie (his transaction coordinator) began sending us weekly listings that fit our criteria. By the time we were ready to visit the area and look at the houses (which we only had two days to tour the homes and make a decision), we had a nice list of homes compiled that we were interested in. Phil and his wife Gayle were very efficient at showing us all of the houses we liked (I believe we saw about 27 homes during those two days). They were very knowledgeable about the homes and the area. We found a great house and the negotiations went smoothly for us. Phil even attended the inspection for us since we were unable to be there. We really had a great experience working with Phil Sharp and his team and are happy in our new home!
