We love Phil and his team! We moved to the JBLM area from out of state and purchased our home based on Phil’s knowledge and expertise of the area. We love our home, our neighborhood, and the school district. We couldn’t be happier! Phil showed me over twenty houses and gave me tours of the various neighborhoods/towns surrounding JBLM. Phil’s team made house hunting the least stressful part of our out of state move. I will never use another realtor again!!!
