We reached out to Phil before our cross-country PCS move this spring. We were encouraged by the fact that he is a military veteran and served many years at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, where we were being stationed. From the beginning, Phil and his team were very responsive. We discussed what we were looking for, where to live and where not to live and our budget concerns. Phil was incredibly honest in his responses through the entire process, with none of the “salesmanship” I expected from a realtor. We would send him properties we saw on Zillow and his team would investigate them and also come back to us with a report on that property as well as other options in the areas we liked that we hadn’t found. Phil and his team worked tirelessly for us. Email responses were prompt, phone calls were answered or quickly returned, and his use of digital signatures made everything incredibly easy as a buyer. We learned to trust Phil a great deal and his advice and candid responses to our concerns led us to buying our home, sight unseen, while we were moving across the country. He negotiated a deal with sellers who had explicitly listed they did not want to work with a realtor. They ended up working very willingly with Phil. When we arrived at our home, it was everything we thought it would be and more. Phil’s honesty about the property meant that I knew about the flaws and issues that every home has and my trust in Phils opinion of the property was well placed. We truly couldn’t be happier with our experience with Phil and with our home. If we decide to sell, and Phil’s still in the business, he will be the first person we call.
