Phil and his wife Gail were absolutely amazing! This was our first home purchase and my husband and I were very nervous due to being in the military and not having family near by for support and guidance. After our initial meet with Phil we knew that he was not helping us just to get a sale but he was looking out for our best interest and best investment. Not once did we feel pushed to make quick decisions, in fact he encouraged us to take our time. He was there for us for questions all hours of the day whenever we needed him. His office staff were great at assisting the process by emailing us on daily postings that fit our search. Our experience with Phil, his wife and staff was nothing short of amazing and we highly recommend him as a realtor.
