If it were possible to give Phil 10 stars we would!! Phil and his team are beyond amazing. We were military stationed overseas preparing to relocate to the area and Phil was able to assist us in the process of searching to closing on a home. As we were not able to view our property in person he provided video tours of the home and clearly communicated everything about the property; which made us feel like we were actually viewing the home in person. Even with a large time difference we were easily able to communicate with Phil in a timely manner. Throughout the entire process (from searching to closing), we were never frustrated or confused about what was taking place. Phil was exceptional at communicating the different phases of the home buying process and keeping us abreast of any new information or changes that were taking place. We are very grateful and lucky that we found Phil to be our realtor!!
