We are a military family that decided to buy a house in Washington when we found out we would be stationed at Ft Lewis. Due to our circumstances, it was not possible to go in person and look at houses. That meant finding a Realtor that would be our eyes and trust that they truly “heard” what we did and did not want in a home. Phil provided everything we needed. He steered us away from homes that were not in our best interest and was always there to hear any concerns we had. We bought our home sight unseen (pics only) with the trust in Phil; that once he physically looked at the house and gave his “ok”, then it truly was “ok”. We LOVE our home and the service we got from both Phil and his office staff.
