Mission: Satisfied Customer – Complete!
We initially began our search for a home from out of state and with another Realtor. Unfortunately, we did not receive the much needed help and guidance that we were looking for. In addition to being first-time home buyers and moving from out of state, we had a very short window to find and close on a home.Feeling frustrated and discouraged, we stumbled upon Phil Sharp. His office had a relocation packet to us within just a couple of days and began searching for possible homes based on the detailed information acquired by asking us just the right questions. With their help, we were able to narrow our search down to a manageable number. Sympathetic to our time crunch, Phil and his wife dedicated a whole weekend to helping us find a home. We drug them to at least 20 houses in one day, all the while receiving a wealth of information on the area, the military base, the housing market, and what we should and should not be looking for. With Phil’s help, we found three homes that we really loved, in that one day. The next morning, together with Phil and his wife, we went back to two of the homes and were able to make a decision.Having to leave the area, again, we felt a little worried about trying to close on the house. However, Phil and his team reassured us that we could get it done. He stayed in constant communication with us and went out of his way to help in any way possible. Without Phil’s experience, knowledge, and dedication, we might have, once again, delayed our efforts on buying a house. While Phil and his team are the most logical choice for military members looking to buy a house in this area, the experience and sound advice they offer to home buyers proves to make them the most sensible choice for any and everyone.
