Phil and his wife Gayle went above and beyond helping us buy our first home sight unseen from Korea. We were nervous that it would be difficult at first but Phil was there every step of the way to talk to us and keep us updated even with the time difference. We really appreciated his honesty and he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. I honestly don’t think we could’ve done it without them. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.
