Our experience with Phil Sharp and his team could not have been a more pleasant one. Before Phil, we were in contact with a few other realtors, and as soon as we got to talk to Phil we knew we want to stick with Phil. It took us two attempts to buy a home (we changed our minds during the first attempt) and every minute of the process Phil was always professional, extremely knowledgeable about the area and everything and anything about the home buying process, kind and patient. We NEVER felt rushed, or just like “another sale”. He made himself available at all hours of the day and did everything to always accommodate us. We highly recommend Phil and his team, if we ever want to sell or buy again in this area, there is no other we will call up!
