My husband and I are 100% satisfied with the services we received from Phil and his team. We are a military family, first time homeowners and wanted to move into our new home asap after PCSing. Before we came down, Phil spent time explaining the process and had recommended lenders available. Him and his team sent us information regarding the area and the home buying process and provided us with updated listings. Phil met with us the day after we got in town, took us to homes we knew we were interested in and new developments we weren’t aware of which fit our wish list. Phil was involved in every step of the process including the appraisal and walk through. Phil knows the area very well and if you’re military, you’ll be really happy with his knowledge of JBLM. Altogether, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. We definitely recommend him.
