Home inspections can be a little scary…for both the buyer and the seller. How do you know who you can trust?
Often times your Realtor will suggest an inspector that they have worked with on a regular basis and have a very good relationship with. Keep in mind that there are no ‘bonuses’ to the agent or the inspector in this. No one gets paid for a referral or anything like that so usually going with the inspector that the agent recommends is the best idea because they have no secret ulterior motive.
